ไอ้จุดไม่จบ: ICONCRAFT x วศินบุรี

”ไอ้จุด” ประติมากรรมลูกหมาพันธุ์ทางจากราชบุรี ตัวแทนความฉลาดแสนรู้ของหมาบ้าน ๆ ซื่อ-ซ่า- ซน ที่รักบ้าน รักชุมชน ชอบงานศิลปะ เพราะคลุกคลีอยู่ในโรงงานเซรามิกกับพี่ ๆ ช่างฝีมือ ไอ้จุดมีหน้าที่ส่งต่อความรัก ความซื่อสัตย์ กำลังใจ และพลังงานบวกให้แก่ผู้พบเห็น วันนี้ไอ้จุดเดินทางเข้ากรุงจากราชบุรีอีกครั้งแบบยกฝูงกว่า 100 ตัว มาวิ่งเล่นที่ ICONCRAFT, ICONSIAM เพื่อสนับสนุนผลงานสร้างสรรค์ งานคราฟต์จากช่างฝีมือไทยทั่วประเทศแบบ “ไม่รู้จบ”
เรื่องของ “ไอ้จุด” แต่เดิมทำจากเซรามิกขนาดเท่าลูกสุนัข ที่เป็นส่วนหนึ่งของงานชุด Coming Closer ของคุณวศินบุรี สุพานิชวรภาชน์ศิลปินศิลปาธร สาขาการออกแบบ ประจำปี 2553 และเป็นทายาทโรงงานเถ้าฮงไถ่ โรงงานเครื่องปั้นดินเผาเก่าแก่และมีชื่อเสียงของ จ.ราชบุรี
ไอ้จุด ลูกหมาพันธุ์ไทย ที่นับเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของ Street Culture ของไทย ได้ถูกนำไปจัดแสดง ที่กรุงเทพ และ เบอร์ลิน ในปี 2550 และนำกลับมาแสดงอีกครั้งในนิทรรศการ รอยยิ้มสยาม งานเปิดหอศิลปวัฒนธรรมแห่งกรุงเทพมหานคร ในปี 2551 ที่ไอ้จุดถูกเพิ่มบริบทให้กับคำว่าศิลปะร่วมสมัยเข้ามาอยู่ในสังคมไทยมากขึ้น และ ขยายเข้าถึงคนในวงกว้าง กลายเป็นตัวแทนของความรู้สึกอยากรู้อยากเห็น และ รอยยิ้มสยาม
จากการเริ่มออกเดินทางครั้งแรกที่หน้าหอศิลปวัฒนธรรมแห่งกรุงเทพมหานคร ที่เป็นเสมือนสัญลักษณ์ของศิลปะร่วมสมัยในสังคมไทยและเดินทางกลับบ้าน ที่จังหวัด ราชบุรี เพื่อสื่อและเป็นสัญลักษณ์ว่า ไม่ใช่เฉพาะที่เมืองหลวง แต่ ทุกๆ ที่ ในบ้านเรา ก็จำเป็นต้องมีคำว่า ศิลปะเข้ามาอยู่ในวิถีการดำเนินชีวิตของคนในชุมชน ประติมากรรม ไอ้จุด ดูง่าย ไม่ซับช้อน เข้าถึงง่ายทำให้เกิดการเชื่อมโยงโดยใช้งานศิลปะร่วมสมัย ดึงดูดผู้ชม ให้เข้าไปเรียนรู้กับงานที่เป็นประวัติศาสตร์และความทรงจำของชุมชน ที่สะสมอยู่ในพิพิธภัณฑ์อีกด้วยและ ด้วยความน่ารักของประติมากรรมไอ้จุด ได้สร้างความสนใจและดึงดูดผู้ชมทั้งในและต่างประเทศเป็นอย่างมากมาย
ร่วมกับ ICONCRAFT แพลตฟอร์มแห่งแรงบันดาลใจและโอกาสให้ช่างฝีมือไทยทั่วประเทศที่ใหญ่ที่สุด เชิดชูภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่นของไทยในมุมมองใหม่ลงบนงานศิลปะ ดีไซน์ และหัตถศิลป์ เสมือนเป็นประตูแห่งโอกาสให้กับศิลปิน นักออกแบบ ช่างฝีมือและผู้ประกอบการรายย่อยมากกว่า 800 ราย จากทั่วทุกภูมิภาคในประเทศไทย ได้ก้าวเข้าสู่การทำธุรกิจแบบโมเดิร์นเทรด ถือเป็นการสร้างระบบนิเวศของธุรกิจค้าปลีก (Retail Ecosystem) ที่สร้างความสำเร็จร่วมกัน

INFINI JUD: ICONCRAFT x Wasinburi Supanichvoraparch

“I-Jud” is a sculpture of a mixed-breed puppy from Ratchaburi – the representation of the keen intelligence of Thai street dogs. I-Jud is not only loyal and spirited but also loves his home, his community, and art, as he grows up with craftsmen in a ceramic factory. His duty is to convey love, loyalty, encouragement, and positive energy to everyone who sees him. Today, I-Jud has made on another journey from Ratchaburi to the city, bringing along over 100 of his fellow dogs to ICONCRAFT at ICONSIAM to support the creative works and craftsmanship of Thai artisans from across the country “without end.”
I-Jud was originally a life-size ceramic sculpture of a puppy and featured as part of the collection “Coming Closer” by Wasinburee Supanichvoraparch, the Silpathorn Award Winner 2010 for the Design Category and the heir to Tao Hong Tai, a famed long-established ceramics factory in Ratchaburi.
Representing a facet of Thailand’s street culture, I-Jud made its debut in exhibitions held in Bangkok and Berlin in 2007 and was subsequently featured in the Trace of Siamese Smile exhibition at the inauguration of the Bangkok Art and Culture Centre (BACC) in 2008, where it cemented its place in Thailand’s contemporary art landscape and gained wider recognition in Thai society as a symbol of curiosity and the Thai smile. Since its debut exhibition in front of BACC, I-Jud has also been put on display in its hometown of Ratchaburi, showing that art belongs not just to urban dwellers in the capital city but to everyone regardless of their way of life. Thanks to its simple design, I-Jud has been a bridge that connects people to contemporary arts and guides them towards the history and memory of local communities housed within various museums, while its endearing quality has attracted a large audience, both domestically and internationally.
This exhibition is a collaboration with ICONCRAFT, the largest platform of inspiration and opportunities for Thai artisans. By showcasing Thai local wisdom through art, design, and handicrafts from a new perspective, ICONCRAFT serves as a gateway to modern trade for over 800 artists, designers, craftsmen, and independent business operators from across Thailand, thus fostering a retail ecosystem that brings success to all involved.

ผลงานสตรีทอาร์ตระดับตำนานของญี่ปุ่นสร้างให้มีชีวิตขึ้นเป็นครั้งแรกที่ ICON Art & Culture Space ชั้น 8 ICONSIAM พบแกลเลอรีภาพวาดโดย Simone Legno (ซิโมเน่ เล็กจ์โน่) ศิลปินชาวอิตาลี ผู้หลงใหลในวัฒนธรรมสตรีตของญี่ปุ่น สู่การวาดตัวการ์ตูนออกมาหลากหลายคอลเลกชันที่มีเสน่ห์อย่างที่เราเห็นกัน tokidoki เกิดจากการต่อยอดเอาตัวการ์ตูนที่ดูน่ารัก แต่แฝงไปด้วยความหมายของ Simone Legno มาเป็นแบรนด์ไลฟ์สไตล์และคอลแลบกับแบรนด์ดังระดับโลกหลายแบรนด์ นิทรรศการครั้งนี้ Simone ได้คัดสรรด้วยตัวเองเพื่อนำมาจัดแสดงในงานนี้พร้อมกับสินค้าสะสมที่หาดูได้ยากเต็มพื้นที่ของชั้น 8 พร้อมฉากภาพถ่ายที่จะทำให้ตัวละคร Tokidoki ดูมีชีวิตจริงขึ้นมา และมุมกิจกรรมสำหรับทุกคนในการสร้างสรรค์งานศิลปะจากสินค้าและงานฝีมือ DIY รวมทั้ง Pop-up ICONIC Café ในธีม Tokidoki จากเชฟเซบาสเตียน เซกูโรล่า ที่รังสรรค์เมนูสุดยูนีคไปกับทิวทัศน์อันงดงามของโค้งน้ำเจ้าพระยาบริเวณระเบียงดาดาฟ้าของไอคอนสยาม
Tokidoki Presents “ICONIC Bangkok Experience”

The legendary street art of Japan is being brought to life for the first time in Thailand at ICON Art & Culture Space on the 8th floor of ICONSIAM. The exhibition features a gallery of paintings by Simone Legno, an Italian artist who expresses his passion for the street culture of Japan through his collections of drawings of cartoon characters that are charming yet imbued with meanings, which have led to the establishment of his own lifestyle brand and various collaborations with numerous globally renowned brands. Personally curated by Legno himself, the artworks will be put on display alongside rare collectibles across the 8th floor, along with photography backdrops that will bring tokidoki characters to life and activity corners where everyone can make art from the products and enjoy DIY crafts. Visitors will also get a chance to enjoy a menu curated by Chef Sebastiano Serafini at an iconic tokidoki-themed pop-up café while enjoying the breathtaking views of the Chao Phraya River from ICONSIAM's sky deck.

To introduce an iconic immersive digital art experience, ICONSIAM is collaborating with world-renowned French artist Miguel Chevalier, who has created a digital sculpture of a dragon, a symbol of prosperity, to bestow luck and fortune upon all visitors throughout this year. This remarkable art installation graces the Chao Phraya riverfront at River Park.
The perfect convergence of a cultural symbol, tradition, aesthetics, and art tech, this awe-inspiring masterpiece delivers an extraordinary experience beyond all imagination. Visitors can also walk through the dragon’s body, a tunnel featuring interactive patterns specifically designed for this experience, illuminated with lights to symbolize an auspicious beginning and a year of prosperity, abundance, and success for all.

Experience the 19th-century Europe through the artworks of Claude Monet and his fellow Impressionist artists through an immersive multi-sensory experience, presented with the concept “An Immersive Adventure into French Impressionism.” The exhibition features over 3,500 pieces of art, organized into three main sections:
- “An Epic Adventure into Art with Fifteen Impressionist Masters” brings together works from 15 Impressionist artists during the transformative period in European art. Capturing the essence of the Impressionist movement, this exhibition showcases the masterful brushstrokes of these artists, enhanced with the power of light, color, and sound.
- “THAILAND’s PREMIERE: World-Class Impressionist Immersive Exhibition” recreates the atmosphere of the mid-19th century, stimulating your every sense through the delightful melodies of orchestral compositions. The exhibition features over 3,500 digitalized artworks of Impressionist masterpieces.
- “A FRESH APPROACH TO ART, SCIENCE AND CULTURE: Over 40+ Display, Interactive and Education Experiences” presents Monet's paintings as immersive digital art, bringing the iconic Monet’s Garden and Japanese Footbridge back to life. The exhibition includes a Water Lily Mirror Room – a mirrored room adorned with a dazzling water lily pond.

ย้อนรอยการเดินทาง ของศิลปินแห่งชาติสาขาทัศนศิลป์ (ประติมากรรม) ประจำปี พ.ศ.2542 “อินสนธิ์ วงค์สาม” ในนิทรรศการเดี่ยวนอกสถานที่ครั้งแรกในชีวิต Celebrating the 60th Anniversary Journey to Florence Italy เนื่องในโอกาสครบรอบ 60 ปี การเดินทางของอินสนธิ์ วงค์สามด้วยรถ LAMBRETTA ถึงจุดหมายเมือง FLORENCE ประเทศอิตาลี บ้านเกิดท่าน ศ.ศิลป์ พีระศรี ผู้เป็นอาจารย์ อินสนธิ์ วงค์สาม ได้จัดทำงานศิลปะที่ตนรัก โดยการออกแบบวาดลายลงบนรถสกู๊ตเตอร์ LAMBRETTA เพื่อเป็นที่ระลึกถึงความรัก ความทรงจำ ความศรัทราที่ย้อนกลับมาสู่ความคิดและความคำนึงของท่านอีกครั้ง
“Celebrating the 60th Anniversary Journey to Florence, Italy” Inson Wongsam: A Pioneer and a Living Legend

Trace the journey of Inson Wongsam, the National Artist in Visual Arts (Sculpture) for the year 1999 in his first-ever solo off-site exhibition “Celebrating the 60th Anniversary Journey to Florence, Italy,” which commemorates the 60th anniversary of his journey to Florence, Italy on his Lambretta scooter to the birthplace of the renowned artist and his mentor Silpa Bhirasri. In this special exhibition, Inson Wongsam reminisces his love, memories, and reverence through the pattern he has painted on his Lambretta scooter.

ไอคอนสยาม ร่วมกับ THAI CRAFT STUDIO ขอเชิญชมนิทรรศการที่ถ่ายทอดความงดงามของงานหัตถศิลป์อันเป็นเอกลักษณ์ของไทย ผ่านชิ้นงานประติมากรรมร่วมสมัยเชิงพุทธศิลป์ สัมผัสพลังของความศรัทธาที่สรรค์สร้างชิ้นงาน อีกทั้งเป็นการสืบสานภูมิปัญญาของศิลปะไทยโบราณให้ดำรงคงอยู่ไว้ในปัจจุบัน
โดยชิ้นงานที่นำมาจัดแสดงเป็นงานประติมากรรมลอยตัวเชิงพุทธศิลป์ร่วมสมัยจากศิลปินชื่อดังหลายท่าน อาทิ อาจารย์ชาญ บุดดาชัย, อาจารย์วัลลภ นิ่มสนอง, ตูน ธรณีศิลป์, สุริศักดิ์ พ้นภัยพาล, โดยใช้เทคนิคหัตถศิลป์ไทยโบราณที่คนไทยรู้จักในชื่อว่าช่างสิบหมู่ ซึ่งมีกระบวนการอันซับซ้อนเช่น การปิดทอง การลงยา การเขียนลายรดน้ำ การเพ้นท์สีแบบจิตรกรรมไทยโบราณโดยช่างชำนาญการ ก่อให้เกิดเป็นความงดงามอันทรงคุณค่าอย่างลงตัว ซึ่งสิ่งเหล่านี้ล้วนแล้วแต่เป็นศาสตร์ภูมิปัญญาของช่างหัตถศิลป์ไทยโบราณ โดยได้นำเทคนิคที่เก่าแก่เผยแพร่ออกมาในรูปแบบความงามอย่างไทยร่วมสมัยในโลกยุคปัจจุบัน โดยได้ถูกรวบรวมและสร้างสรรค์ขึ้นมา เพื่อถ่ายทอดงานศิลปะหัตถศิลป์ไทยให้ทุกๆท่านได้ชมความสามารถของศิลปินไทย และเพื่ออนุรักษ์ไว้ซึ่งวิชาความรู้อันดีงามให้สืบทอดต่อไป ภายใต้ชื่อ นฤมิตรเทวา
Experience the power of faith through Buddhist art Niramitrdevas - Thai Mental Image

ICONSIAM, in collaboration with Thai Craft Studio, invites you to explore an exhibition that captures the beauty of distinctive Thai craftsmanship through contemporary Buddhist sculpture art and feel the power of faith infused within it. With an aim to preserve the wisdom of ancient Thai art, the showcased artworks feature contemporary free-standing sculptures with a Buddhist theme, crafted by renowned artists such as Chan Buddachai, Vallop Nimsanong, Toon Thoraneesilp, and Surisak Ponpaipal. These maestros employ the intricate techniques of ancient Thai craftsmanship known as "Chang Sip Moo" (the 10 Disciplines of Royal Craftsmanship), which include processes like gilding, enamel application, gilded black lacquer application, and traditional Thai painting, resulting in exquisite and invaluable masterpieces. Presenting this ancient Thai artisanal wisdom in a contemporary context, the artworks shown in this exhibition, entitled Niramitrdevas, have been curated to showcase the beauty of Thai sculpture art to all visitors and preserve this invaluable knowledge for future generations.
