Siam Piwat showcases its capabilities as leading global destination developer at Thailand Mega Fair 2023 in Saudi Arabia, solidifying Thailand’s position as a global destination
Siam Piwat – a leading real estate and retail developer, the owner and operator of world-class projects such as Siam Paragon, Siam Center, and Siam Discovery, and a joint venture partner of ICONSIAM and Siam Premium Outlets Bangkok – showcased its capabilities as a leader in developing global destinations at the Thailand Mega Fair 2023 in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a representative of the Thai private sector, Siam Piwat sought to strengthen business opportunities in the promising Middle Eastern market, while also highlighting the magnificence and strengths of Thailand in order to solidify the country’s position as a popular destination for travelers worldwide.

The Middle East is a high-potential market, consisting of high-quality tourists, especially those from Saudi Arabia, who has the highest number of visitors from the Middle East region traveling to Thailand this year.
In the past year, shopping centers under Siam Piwat Group have successfully attracted a significant number of international tourists, playing a crucial role as key attractions in driving the country’s economy and helping to solidify Thailand’s position as one of the top global tourist destinations.
At the fair, Siam Piwat showcased a distinctive booth, highlighting its expertise in applying creativity to the development of global destinations that leave a lasting impression on both Thai and international visitors of all ages. The booth also put the spotlight on Siam Piwat’s success in maintaining leadership in the luxury retail market, earning trust from world-renowned brands, and bringing to life SookSiam, a platform of opportunities for independent business owners nationwide; ICONCRAFT, a space of inspiration for Thai artisans; and Ecotopia, a community for eco-conscious individuals. The booth drew a large crowd at the event.
The first edition of this exhibition, the Thailand Mega Fair 2023 was organized by Index Creative Village Plc., the Thai Chamber of Commerce, and the Board of Trade of Thailand from December 13th to 16th, 2023 at the Arena Riyadh in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The event showcased over 120 Thai businesses from various sectors, including construction materials, food, real estate, jewelry, energy, finance, hotels and hospitality, hospitals and healthcare services, education, and exhibition services. This collaboration marked a historic partnership between Thailand and Saudi Arabia for promoting trade, investment, and cultural exchange between the two countries and for bolstering the rapidly growing tourism sector.
