นิทรรศการที่นำเสนอผลงานแฟชั่นร่วมสมัยจากการรวมตัวกันของนักออกแบบแฟชั่นรุ่นใหม่ 5 แบรนด์จากภาคเหนือ ที่ถ่ายทอดเรื่องราว “โชค–ลาภ” ความเชื่อ อาหารการกิน และวิถีชีวิตของคนเหนือ ผ่านเสื้อผ้า ลวดลายผ้า และเทคนิคการตัดเย็บอันเป็นเอกลักษณ์ของแต่ละแบรนด์ ผลงานในโครงการนี้เกิดจากการตีความเรื่องใกล้ตัวในภูมิภาคที่พวกเขาพักอาศัยอยู่ โดยมี “ลาบ” เป็นสัญลักษณ์ของโชคลาภ ความอุดมสมบูรณ์ และสายใยทางวัฒนธรรม นิทรรศการเชื้อเชิญผู้ชมให้สัมผัสพลังความคิดสร้างสรรค์ของแฟชั่นไทยร่วมสมัย ที่เชื่อมโยงอดีต ความเชื่อ และชีวิตประจำวันเข้าด้วยกันอย่างมีความหมาย
A contemporary fashion exhibition marking collaboration of five emerging fashion brands from Northern Thailand. The exhibition interprets themes of luck, fortune, belief, food culture, and everyday life through garments, textile patterns, and distinctive tailoring techniques unique to each designer. Drawing from their experiences showcasing work and participating in fashion shows across Asia and Europe, the designers return to narrate stories rooted in their own region. The pilot project centers on “Luck and Fortune,” using larb as a cultural symbol of prosperity, belief, and communal life. Showcased at ICONCRAFT, the exhibition invites audiences to explore the creative energy of contemporary Thai fashion. Where tradition, belief, and lived experience are woven into a shared narrative.

An exhibition born from the belief that “art is a language everyone can understand.” An exhibition that provides Deaf and hard of hearing artists with a platform to present their artworks and express their identities to the public. It aims to foster understanding and acceptance of Deaf culture through meaningful artistic activities that are accessible to everyone, while also increasing the visibility of Deaf artists in society and connecting their work with the wider arts and culture sectors to help create sustainable opportunities across all dimensions.

ICONSIAM ถ่ายทอดแนวคิดการจัดแสดง SIGN OF SIAM ในฐานะหนึ่งในพื้นที่จัดงานเทศกาลงานออกแบบกรุงเทพฯ Bangkok Design Week 2026 ภายใต้ธีม DESIGN S/O/S โดยการตีความ “อัตลักษณ์ของสยาม” โดยนำเสนอผ่านผลงานของศิลปิน 4 ท่าน ได้แก่ อ.ธงชัย ศรีสุขประเสริฐ, ปฐมพงศ์ บูชาบุตร, ยี่ ดวงติ๊บ และ วันดา ใจมา เพื่อสะท้อนให้เห็นว่า อัตลักษณ์ไทยไม่ใช่สิ่งที่ถูกเก็บรักษาไว้ในอดีต หากแต่เป็นพลังทางวัฒนธรรมที่ยังมีชีวิต ยังคงเคลื่อนไหว เปลี่ยนแปลง และสามารถนำมาต่อยอดใช้งานได้ในโลกปัจจุบัน

ICONSIAM presents the concept of the SIGN OF SIAM exhibition as one of the official venues of Bangkok Design Week 2026, held under the theme DESIGN S/O/S. The exhibition interprets the idea of “Siamese identity” through the works of four distinguished artists: Assoc. Prof. Thongchai Srisukprasert, Pathompong Buchabut, Yi Duangtip, and Wanda Jaima, reflecting the notion that Thai identity is not something preserved only in the past, but a living cultural force—dynamic, evolving, and capable of being reimagined and applied in today’s world.
SIGN OF SIAM is not merely a signal from the past inspiring action in the present; it represents the foundation of creativity for the future of Siam. Through this exhibition, ICONSIAM emphasizes that Thai identity is a vital creative tool—one that can spark dialogue, create opportunities, and expand the boundaries of possibility within contemporary society, grounded in the cultural roots of Thailand.

Golden Inscribed Pillars: Guardians of ICONSIAM’s Gateway

ผลงาน “จารึกสัญลักษณ์สุวรรณภูมิ คือแสงแห่งปัญญา” ของศาสตราจารย์เกียรติคุณ ปรีชา เถาทอง ศิลปินแห่งชาติ เป็นเสาจารึกสีทองสูง 16 เมตร 4 ต้น ที่ตั้งเด่นเป็นสง่า ณ ประตูบานแรกริมแม่น้ำเจ้าพระยาเมื่อย่างเท้าเข้ามาที่ไอคอนสยามนั้น ถูกแต่งเเต้มด้วยงานทัศนศิลป์ลวดลายประณีตงามสะดุดตา แฝงด้วยความอ่อนช้อยแต่หนักแน่นมั่นคง โดยในตัวเสาแต่ละต้นได้บอกเล่าเรื่องราวของอาณาจักรสุวรรณภูมิอุษาคเนย์ ที่มีประเทศไทยเป็นศูนย์กลาง ผ่านการเดินทางของวัฒนธรรมตั้งแต่ยุคบ้านเชียง ไล่เรียงมาจนถึงปัจจุบัน สำหรับ Hunting spot นี้ เปรียบเสมือนประตูเมืองแห่งโลกงานศิลป์จุดแรก ที่จะคอยต้อนรับนักท่องเที่ยวจากทุกมุมเมือง หลากหลายชาติ หลากหลายวัฒนธรรม มาสู่ไอคอนสยามนี้
A masterpiece by National Artist Professor Emeritus Preecha Thaothong, the Symbol of Suvarnabhumi – the Light of Wisdom Artist consists of four magnificent 16-meter-tall golden pillars standing prominently at ICONSIAM’s first entrance by the Chao Phraya River. Adorned with intricate patterns that combine elegance with strength, each pillar depicts the story of the Southeast Asian Suvarnabhumi Kingdom, with Thailand at its center, chronicling the evolution of the Ban Chiang era to the present day. This artistic landmark serves as the gateway that welcomes visitors from different countries and cultures across the globe to the world of art at ICONSIAM.

Power of the Flowing River: A Three-Dimensional Traditional Thai Flame Pattern Reimagined

หากมองขึ้นไปด้านบนในโซน ICONLUXE จะสามารถพบกับ Flow Sculpture งานประติมากรรมขนาดใหญ่ สุดอลังการ ที่ Haberdashery Studio อาร์ตสตูดิโอระดับโลกจากประเทศอังกฤษ ได้รังสรรค์ขึ้นจากเส้นสายลายไทยออกมาเป็นรูปทรงกนกเปลวสามมิติสีเงิน-ทอง-นาก โดยลวดลายพริ้วไหวและแสงระยิบที่ตกกระทบลงบนพื้นผิวของผลงาน ได้เกิดจากการสังเกตเห็นความเปล่งประกายจากกระเบื้องเซรามิคที่สะท้อนบนผิวน้ำ ทำให้งานชิ้นที่ชื่อว่า “แม่น้ำ” สะท้อนถึงพลังแห่งสายน้ำที่เคลื่อนไหวอยู่นอกอาคารซึ่งแฝงไปด้วยความโดดเด่นของไอคอนสยามเป็นอย่างดี
When looking up in the ICONLUXE zone, visitors will find suspended in ethereal grace a majestic art installation brought to life by the world-renowned Haberdashery Studio from England. The piece reimagines traditional Thai flame patterns as a constellation of three-dimensional silver, gold, and brass forms. The flowing arrangement and shimmering effects on the surface were inspired by the reflection of ceramic tiles upon rippling water. This spectacular art piece, aptly titled “River,” reflects the power of the flowing Chao Phraya River outside, perfectly capturing ICONSIAM’s distinctive character.

Garland Chandelier: Essence of Thai Hospitality

บนเพดานระหว่างโถงทางเดินอาคารที่เชื่อมต่อระหว่างไอคอนสยามและโซน ICONLUXE มีผลงานประดับด้วย “Joy” แชนเดอเลียแก้วแสนพิเศษขนาดใหญ่ชิ้นเดียวในโลก ที่ออกแบบโดย Petra Junová ดีไซเนอร์แห่ง LASVIT บริษัทออกแบบและผลิตจากสาธารณรัฐเช็ก จากการนำเอาเอกลักษณ์ของคนไทยที่หลายชาติต่างกล่าวขานเป็นเสียงเดียวถึงความโอบอ้อมอารีของคนไทยจนกลายมาเป็นที่มาของคำว่า “รอยยิ้มเมืองสยาม” ที่เลื่องลือไปทั่วโลก มาเป็นแรงบันดาลใจในการออกแบบแชนเดอเลียจาก “พวงมาลัย” ที่ร้อยด้วยดอกรักและดอกมะลิ ซึ่งเป็นสัญลักษณ์แทนน้ำใจ ราวกับเป็นการต้อนรับผู้มาเยือนไอคอนสยามด้วยรอยยิ้มที่แสนอบอุ่นแบบไทย
Suspended from the ceiling in the corridor connecting ICONSIAM and ICONLUXE is “Joy,” a massive one-of-a-kind glass chandelier designed by Petra Junová of LASVIT, a design and manufacturing company from the Czech Republic. Drawing inspiration from Thailand’s world-renowned hospitality and its global reputation as the “Land of Smiles,” the chandelier takes the form of a traditional Phuang Malai – a Thai garland made with milkweed flowers and jasmine symbolizing generosity and hospitality, welcoming visitors to ICONSIAM and reminding them of heart-warming Thai smiles.

ไอคอนนิกที่เคยโด่งดังในโลกโซเชียล คือ ‘ห้องน้ำไอคอนสยาม’ โดยห้องน้ำทุกชั้น คือ อาร์ตสเปซที่ถูกตกแต่งสวยงามเป็นเอกลักษณ์แตกต่างกันไปตามแต่ละโซนจนได้รับรางวัล “สุดยอดห้องน้ำแห่งปีของกรุงเทพมหานคร” ประจำปี 2562 จากสำนักงานเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร และรางวัลมาตรฐานห้องน้ำสาธารณะอาเซียน ประจำปี 2564 จากกรมการท่องเที่ยว กระทรวงการท่องเที่ยวและกีฬา โดยเฉพาะในโซนสุขสยาม ชั้น G ณ ฝั่งภาคกลางและอีสาน ที่อยากพาไปสำรวจเรื่องราวของวัฒนธรรมไทยในภาคต่างๆ โดยได้รับเกียรติจาก คุณวศินบุรี สุพานิชวรภาชน์ ทายาท “เถ้าฮงไถ่” โรงงานผลิตเครื่องปั้นดินเผาเก่าแก่คู่เมืองราชบุรี มาแต่งแต้มลวดลายลงบนโอ่งที่ปั้นเองกับมือด้วยวิถีดั้งเดิม แม้ต้องใช้เวลานานแต่ทรงคุณค่าเพื่อให้ได้ลวดลายที่สมบูรณ์และเป็นมรดกทางประวัติศาสตร์ที่มีเพียงชิ้นเดียวในโลก นอกจากนี้ผนังของห้องน้ำโซนสุขสยาม ยังได้ถ่ายทอดงานจิตรกรรมไทยร่วมสมัยผ่านผลงานของกลุ่มศิลปิน Hooker’s Green ให้มีเรื่องราวแตกต่างกันตามโซนแต่ละภาค ซึ่งเป็นอีกหนึ่งกิมมิคให้ผู้คนที่เดินผ่านไปมาได้ถ่ายภาพพร้อมชมบันทึกเรื่องราวของไทยที่ควรค่าแก่การจดจำ
Having made a splash on social media, ICONSIAM’s restrooms are artistic showcases, with each featuring a distinct style. Thanks to their exceptional designs, they were named as “Bangkok’s Best Public Restrooms” by the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration in 2019 and later as “ASEAN-standard public toilets” by the Department of Tourism, Ministry of Tourism and Sports in 2021. The most prominent among these restrooms is the one in the central and northeastern section of the SOOKSIAM Zone on G Floor, where Wasinburee Supanichvoraparch, the heir of Ratchaburi’s legendary ceramic factory “Tao Hong Tai Ceramics Factory,” painstakingly painted each handcrafted earthen jar to achieve perfect designs, creating one-of-a-kind artifacts art pieces with immense historical value. In addition, the restroom walls feature contemporary Thai paintings by Hooker’s Green, depicting the traditional way of life in each region of Thailand, creating another spot where visitors can take photos and appreciate the Thai way of life in the past.

จากการเดินทางของท้าวทองกีบม้า สู่แรงบันดาลใจของศิลปะร่วมสมัย “ทองหยอด” ประติมากรรมทองเหลืองรูปทรงทองหยอดที่เคยถูกนำไปแสดง ณ งานเทศกาลศิลปะนานาชาติที่ยิ่งใหญ่ที่สุดในโลกศิลปะอย่าง Venice Biennale มาแล้ว ถูกนำมาจัดแสดง ณ โถงทางเดินกลาง ชั้น M ไอคอนสยาม สร้างสรรค์โดยคุณอริญชย์ รุ่งแจ้ง เป็นงานศิลป์ที่สามารถพาเราไปสำรวจจุดเชื่อมโยงที่ผสมผสานการทับซ้อนของวัฒนธรรมอย่างลงตัว แฝงเร้นเรื่องราวประวัติศาสตร์ทั้งในแง่สังคม และวัฒนธรรม โดยศิลปินได้เลือกใช้วัสดุทองเหลือง และนำไปผลิตที่โรงงานหล่อพระ โดยทุกกระบวนการที่เลือกใช้ได้สะท้อนตัวตนแบบไทยอย่างลงตัว
The story of Maria Guyomar de Pina, known in Thailand as Thao Thong Kip Ma, is the source of inspiration for Thong Yod, a contemporary art installation consisting of small brass orbs in the shape of the traditional Thai dessert Thong Yod. Previously exhibited at the Venice Biennale, the world’s largest international art festival, Thong Yod now adorns the main hallway on the 1st floor. This artistic creation by Arin Rungjang explores the seamless intersection and overlapping of cultures and presents a subtle narrative of social and cultural history. The artist chose brass as the material and had it cast at a Buddha casting factory, showing how every process was chosen to reflect the Thai identity.

“เสาแห่งมงคล” ทองอร่ามทั้ง 8 ต้น สร้างสรรค์โดยศาสตราจารย์ถาวร โกอุดมวิทย์ ศิลปินไทยที่มีชื่อเสียงระดับนานาชาติ เชี่ยวชาญในสาขาภาพพิมพ์ โดยเส้นลวดลายต่างๆ เกิดจากการประทับพิมพ์ใบไม้จากต้นไม้มงคลของไทย ไม่ว่าจะเป็น ใบจากต้นประดู่ และต้นคูณ โดยเส้นสายสีทองบนเสาที่สะท้อนแสงสุกสกาว ซ่อนนัยยะความหมายระหว่าง “ธรรมะ” กับ “ธรรมชาติ” ได้ได้อย่างลึกซึ้ง สามารถสะกดสายตาให้ผู้คนที่เดินผ่านมาหยุดชื่นชมได้อย่างน่าจดจำทีเดียว
Created by Professor Thavorn Ko-Udomvit, an internationally renowned Thai artist specializing in printmaking, the eight Auspicious Pillars feature patterns created by imprints of leaves from Thai plants believed to be auspicious, such as Burma padauk and golden shower trees. The gleaming golden lines on the pillars represent the connections between dharma and nature in a profound way, captivating passersby with their enchanting presence.

ในฐานะพื้นที่แห่ง Public Art Space แน่นอนว่าไอคอนสยาม ไม่เพียงแต่รวบรวมงานศิลป์ไว้ภายในเท่านั้น แต่ยังรวมไปถึงองค์ประกอบภายนอกด้วยเช่นกัน โดยไฮไลต์อยู่ที่ ICONSIAM Park ชั้น 2 กับกำแพงศิลป์ “แสงสยาม” Art Wall ขนาดใหญ่ที่ทอดยาว 60 เมตร ที่คุณสิทธิ์วุธ ยาวิชัย ศิลปินรุ่นใหม่ได้หยิบยกเอา “กระจกสี” หนึ่งในงานของช่างสิบหมู่ของไทย งานพุทธศิลป์ที่หาดูได้ยากในปัจจุบัน มาสร้างสรรค์ผลงานสไตล์อิมเพรสชันนิสม์ด้วยเทคนิคร่วมสมัย โดยความโดดเด่นของกำแพงศิลป์นี้อยู่ที่แสงเงาธรรมชาติที่สะท้อนเปลี่ยนไปแต่ละช่วงเวลา ถือเป็นเสน่ห์ที่ประทับลงบนความรู้สึกซึ่งแตกต่างกันไปผ่านสายตาของผู้ชมในแต่ละช่วงเวลา
As a public art space, ICONSIAM’s art pieces are not housed only indoors but are also incorporated into outdoor features. Among the outdoor masterpieces is the Light of Siam, a 60-meter-long art wall located at ICONSIAM Park on the 2nd floor. Young artist Sittiwut Yavichai has chosen colored mirror, one of Thailand’s ten traditional crafts and a rare form of Buddhist art, to create an impressionist work using contemporary techniques. The uniqueness of this artwork is how natural light creates different reflections throughout the day, thus offering viewers an ever-changing experience depending on the time of their visit.

งานศิลป์สุดไอคอนนิกด้วยผลงานเทคนิคคอลลาจ (Collage) “รวมพลังความเป็นไทย” รังสรรค์โดยผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ประทีป สุธาทองไทย ผู้มีชื่อเสียงด้านศิลปะภาพพิมพ์และ Photo Collage ระดับแถวหน้า โดยงานชิ้นดังกล่าว เปรียบเสมือนแลนดิ้งปิดท้ายทริปชมงานศิลป์อย่างสมบูรณ์แบบ ผ่านภาพที่รวบรวมทุกมิติของความเป็นไทยในแง่มุมต่างๆ ที่รวบรวมองค์ประกอบของไอคอนสยามที่แฝงเอกลักษณ์ของไทย พร้อมภาพจากผู้คนที่บอกเล่าถึงวัฒนธรรมที่ดีงามของประเทศในมิติต่างๆ กว่า 35,000 ภาพ มารวมหลอมไว้เป็นภาพขนาดใหญ่ยักษ์ 10 x 27 เมตร จารึกด้วยคำว่า ‘ไทย’ คำสั้นๆ แต่มีความหมายอันทรงพลังอยู่ตรงกลาง โดยใช้ฟ้อนต์ที่ให้ความรู้สึกถึงการบรรจบกันระหว่างความเก่าแก่และสมัยใหม่ พร้อมใช้แพตเทิร์นที่ได้แรงบันดาลใจจาก “ลายผ้าไทย” ด้วยดีไซน์ที่สื่อถึงความโมเดิร์นและไทยดั้งเดิม
The iconic collage art piece ICONSIAM The Makers (Power of United Thainess), crafted by Assistant Professor Prateep Suthathongthai, Thailand’s leading figure in printmaking and collage art, serves as the perfect finale to an art tour at ICONSIAM. In this showstopping art piece, over 35,000 photos of elements across ICONSIAM that showcase the essence of Thainess and the uplifting aspects of Thai culture are assembled into an awe-inspiring 10 x 27-meter collage, with the word “THAI” at the center, using a font that bridges traditional and contemporary aesthetics. The pattern design draws inspiration from traditional Thai textile patterns, creating a harmonious blend of modern and traditional Thai elements.
