Siam Piwat – a leading real estate and retail developer, the owner and operator of world-renowned projects like Siam Paragon, Siam Center, and Siam Discovery, and a joint partner of ICONSIAM and Siam Premium Outlets Bangkok – has initiated corporate restructuring in order to take its human resource (HR) excellence to the next level, enhance organizational agility and flexibility, and give a new generation of talents an opportunity to take leadership roles and play an active part in equipping the organization for change and for future business expansion both in Thailand and overseas. The new initiative is in line with Siam Piwat’s commitment to its role as a well-growing platform and its position as a future-ready organization.

Currently, Gen-Y and Gen-Z employees account for 67% of Siam Piwat’s workforce of over 2,500, while the number of Gen-Z staff members has risen by about 6% in the past five years and is expected to continue the upward trend. The change in the workforce makeup is in line with the company’s strategy to create high-potential teams and give the middle management more opportunities to take on large-scale projects, which will enable the organization to better tackle the challenge of managing a multigenerational workforce, achieve its ambitious goals, and ensure growth for all.
