Bangkok, May 26, 2025 – Siam Piwat, a leading real estate and retail business developer and the owner and operator of world-renowned projects such as Siam Paragon, Siam Center, Siam Discovery, ICONSIAM, and Siam Premium Outlets Bangkok, has launched roadshows across three Asian countries: Vietnam, China, and South Korea. In collaboration with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Siam Piwat showcases its capabilities as a leader in developing world-class experiential destinations at the Thai Festival 2025. The first stop of the roadshow is Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, from May 23-25, 2025.
At the event, Siam Piwat showcases its success in creating global experiential destinations that have garnered worldwide recognition and attract over 100 million visitors annually, with the goal of enhancing Thailand’s image and solidifying its position as a key destination for global travelers. The showcase also features works by Thai small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) under ICONCRAFT, Thailand’s largest platform of inspiration that brings together creations by Thai artisans nationwide to promote Thai local wisdom, provide opportunities for SMEs to enter modern trade, and empower them to expand towards international markets.
Siam Piwat is also scheduled to participate in the Thai Festival in Beijing, China, on June 28-29, 2025, and in Seoul, South Korea, on September 6-7, 2025.
The Thai Festival 2025, held at Youth Cultural House, Ho Chi Minh City, featured over 30 booths of product displays and exhibitions, with more than 1,000 daily visitors. Vietnam is a market with potential for continuous economic growth offering a prime opportunity for Thai businesses seeking expansion. With a population of over 98 million and an average age of around 32, Vietnam has a young demographic with strong development prospects. Furthermore, Thailand ranks as the top travel destination for Vietnamese tourists.
The “Thai Festival” is organized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Royal Thai Embassies and Consulates-General in 45 cities across 32 countries worldwide and serves as a platform for showcasing Thailand’s diverse strengths, ranging from Thai products, handicrafts, creative innovations, food and beverages, and tourism to magnificent cultural performances. The event also provides a channel for Thai entrepreneurs interested in international trade and investment to explore and test new markets.
