Siam Piwat, Ramathibodi Foundation, and Taksin Hospital Foundation express gratitude to participants of the “Siam United Against COVID-19” project for the total donation of THB 4,896,985 as of May 20.

Bangkok (May 21, 2021) – Siam Piwat Group, led by Araya Chittaropas, Suma Wongphan, and Saruntorn Asaves, executives of Siam Piwat Co., Ltd.; and Capt. Pakdee Phongsai, an executive of ICONSIAM Co., Ltd.; along with Punsiree Kunakornpiboonsiri, Manager of the Ramathibodi Foundation, and Sirinart Wettayavetin, M.D., Director of Taksin Hospital, expressed appreciation to its customers, business partners, executives, and employees for participating in the Siam United Against COVID-19 project and making a charitable contribution to the Ramathibodi Foundation and the Taksin Hospital Foundation for the purpose of purchasing respirators and essential medical equipment of the treatment of COVID-19 patients. In the period from May 5 to 20, 2020, the project successfully raised THB 2,907,310 for the Ramathibodi Foundation and THB 1,989,675 for the Taksin Hospital Foundation (for improving its negative-pressure chambers) The total amount of donation raised was THB 4,896,985.

The Siam United Against COVID-19 project will continue to raise contributions for the Ramathibodi Foundation and the Taksin Hospital Foundation for the acquisition of essential medical equipment for the treatment of COVID-19 patients until May 31, 2021.
