Blue by Alain Ducasse is a contemporary French fine dining restaurant. It is the result of the collaboration with one of the most revered figures in the culinary world, chef  Alain Ducasse with the aim to bring a world-class gastronomic experience to ICONSIAM and to further leverage Thailand's position as a global culinary destination.

Blue by Alain Ducasse pays homage to authentic and traditional tastes . It is located on the 1st floor of ICONSIAM and offers a modern French cuisine prepared by a seasoned kitchen team led by Executive Chef Wilfrid Hocquet and Executive Pastry Chef Maxou Boonthanakit. Styled by Parisian design firm JouinManku, Blue introduces a modern approach to fine dining  with floor-to-ceiling glass windows overlooking the panoramic Chao Phraya riverscape.
