Siam Piwat’s Journey to NET ZERO 2050

Siam Piwat Group operates with a strong commitment to sustainable growth, actively enhancing environmental well-being for a better world. Sustainable development has been systematically integrated into every business process, underscored by a clear commitment to achieving net-zero greenhouse gas emissions (Scopes 1 & 2) by 2050. For us, this goal is not just a destination, but the sustainable path Siam Piwat has consistently pursued.

As a leading developer of world-class experiential destinations, we are committed to driving livable urban development while taking concrete action to protect the environment.

- Being the first shopping mall group in Thailand to achieve carbon neutral certification (Scopes 1 & 2).

- Reducing carbon emissions by over 23,000 tons of CO₂e—equivalent to planting more than 2.4 million trees.

- Installing over 18,000 sq.m. of solar panels, generating over 5,000 MWh of electricity annually.

- Aiming to achieve zero waste to landfill by 2040 and 100% renewable energy use by 2030.

- Enriching the city with over 38,000 sq.m. of green spaces and a 4,000 sq.m. organic farm in the heart of Siam.

This is the “Siam Piwat Way” – our commitment to shaping cities into vibrant spaces for life and fostering balanced growth across economic, social, and environmental dimensions for the future of everyone on this planet.
