Siam Piwat Group, led by Mr. Nuttawut Kietchaiyakorn, Chief Business Resources – Head of Human Resources, along with company executives and employees, recently welcomed a delegation of 12 executives and members from the People Management Association of the Philippines (PMAP), the largest HR organization in the Philippines and a member of the Asia Pacific Federation of Human Resources Management (APFHRM), for a tour to Siam Piwat Group, a model organization renowned for its excellence in human resource management in Thailand. The visit featured an immersive tour of Siam Paragon, Siam Center, and Siam Discovery led by Siam Piwat’s own Management Trainees, offering the delegates hands-on learning experience at properties celebrated as must-visit global landmarks.

Mr. Nattawut also delivered a presentation on Siam Piwat Group’s business overview, highlighting how the group consistently creates extraordinary, multi-dimensional experiences that have won the loyalty of customers worldwide over the years. The presentation also covered the group’s approach to building a corporate brand that enhances its reputation and reflects its core values.

This visit not only served as a valuable platform for knowledge exchange among the HR communities of Thailand and the Philippines but also strengthened collaboration and relationships within the regional HR network.
