Siam Piwat unveils the first AI-powered customer service kiosk in Thailand, offering support in 7 languages.



Siam Piwat, a leading retail and real estate developer, is elevating customer experience with the launch of AI customer service kiosks – intelligent service points powered by AI technology, with an AI agent offering multilingual support in seven languages. This makes Siam Piwat the first shopping mall group in Thailand to introduce AI-powered kiosks, now deployed at Siam Paragon and ICONSIAM, reinforcing its position as a pioneer in developing world-class experiential destinations.

The intelligent kiosks are designed to enhance customer convenience by providing store directory and basic information. Currently, the system supports seven languages –Thai, English, Chinese, Korean, Japanese, Russian, and Arabic. Following the overwhelmingly positive response during the initial pilot phase, Siam Piwat plans to install four additional kiosks at Siam Paragon as well as expand the service to Siam Center and Siam Discovery, bringing the total to 14 units. Furthermore, the Company is looking to upgrade features to deliver promotional content and install additional units by the end of the year.
