Siam Piwat Group solidifies its position as the top global destination developer, with Siam Paragon and ICONSIAM named Top Tourist Attraction Malls for the Third Consecutive Year at the Marketeer No.1 Brand Thailand 2025 Awards



Bangkok (July 17, 2025) – Siam Piwat Group, a leading real estate and retail developer, the owner and operator of Siam Paragon, Siam Center, and Siam Discovery, and a joint venture partner of ICONSIAM, ICS, and Siam Premium Outlets Bangkok, has solidified its leadership in developing global destinations that have long captured the hearts of tourists, with Siam Paragon securing the top award in the Tourist Attraction Mall category and ICONSIAM ranking third at the Marketeer No.1 Brand Thailand 2025 Awards. This marks the third consecutive year Siam Paragon has been honored in this survey of Thailand’s most popular brands, organized by Marketeer, the country’s leading business and marketing magazine.

The accolade reflects Siam Paragon’s top-of-mind position among consumers, having been voted the number one shopping center for tourists for three consecutive years. The award also underscores the strength of Siam Piwat Group’s leadership in developing and delivering world-class experiences that attract over 100 million Thai and international visitors annually.

The Marketeer magazine conducted a survey to identify the most popular brands and services among consumers. In the poll, Siam Piwat Group’s properties received top votes, with Siam Paragon earning the number one ranking for tourist attraction malls in Bangkok, followed closely in the third position by ICONSIAM, the global landmark by the Chao Phraya River.
