The accolade recognizes Siam Piwat’s exceptional capabilities in people management, clarity of purpose, and outstanding business performance. The award was presented at the 2025 Outperforming Enterprises Award & Learning Conference, held under the theme “The Power of Purpose, People, Performance,” with Ms. Amporn Chotruchsakul, President of Business Support, and Mr. Nuttawut Kietchaiyakorn, Chief Business Resources – Human Resources, representing the company.

The winners were selected by a distinguished panel of experts based on results from employee experience surveys, people management practices reflected through the People Outperforming Index (POI), executive insights, and supporting evidence, all of which captured how these organizations had successfully and consistently brought purpose, people, and performance into alignment over the years.
