Italy Celebrates 80th National Day with Grand Gala Dinner Distinguished Guests Gather for a Spectacular Evening at Paragon Hall, Siam Paragon

The Embassy of the Republic of Italy in Thailand celebrated the 80th Italian National Day on June 2, commemorating the milestone anniversary of the republic's founding. Co-hosted and supported by Siam Piwat Group, the grand event was held at Paragon Hall, 5th Floor, Siam Paragon, and presided over by H.E. Mr. Paolo Dionisi and Madame Tala Dionisi. The auspicious occasion brought together numerous high-profile guests, notably Privy Councilor Admiral Pongthep Nuthep and his wife Inthariya Nuthep, alongside Privy Councilor Chirayu Israngkun Na Ayuthaya and his wife Thanpuying Oranush Israngkun Na Ayuthaya.

The star-studded evening was further elevated by the presence of key cabinet members, led by Prime Minister and Minister of Interior, Mr. Anutin Charnvirakul, accompanied by his wife, Mrs. Thananon Charnvirakul. Other prominent government figures in attendance included Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Finance Mr. Ekniti Nitithanprapas; Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Transport Mr. Phiphat Ratchakitprakarn; Minister of Industry Mr. Varawut Silpa-archa; Minister of Agriculture and Cooperatives Mr. Suriya Jungrungreangkit; Minister of Energy Mr. Akanat Promphan; and Minister of Culture Ms. Sabeeda Thaised. Also grace the event were Khunying Jada Wattanasiritham, Director and Chairperson of the Executive Committee of Siam Piwat Co., Ltd., and Mrs. Chadatip Chutrakul, Chief Executive Officer of Siam Piwat Co., Ltd., alongside members of the diplomatic corps from various nations, all gathering to celebrate this magnificent national milestone.

The milestone 80th anniversary celebration was steeped in an atmosphere of pure grandeur. Guests were treated to an array of exclusive highlights, including a spectacular showcase of iconic Italian automotive masterpieces from legendary brands such as Maserati, Lamborghini, Ferrari, and Ducati. A curated exhibition by the renowned Sirivannavari brand added a touch of haute couture to the evening. The night was further enlivened by a captivating performance from the Thailand Philharmonic Orchestra, featuring rare appearances by honorary vocalists who gathered to mark this historic occasion. In a delightful highlight of the evening, H.E. Mr. Paolo Dionisi joined the stage to perform the final song, ushering in a glamorous reception. Guests indulged in an authentic Italian culinary journey, featuring gourmet pizzas, artisanal pastas, premium coffee, and traditional gelato from acclaimed establishments, generously supported by partners celebrating this spectacular national milestone.
