Siam Piwat Advances 'Platform of Opportunity' via 'Citizen of Love' Project, Donating Library to Foster Sustainable Education

Emphasizing Diversity, Equality, and Inclusion (DEI), the project ensures equitable access to education and enhances long-term quality of life. As part of this initiative, Siam Piwat recently built a new library building, provided scholarships, upgraded essential facilities, and hosted a lunch for students at the Insee Arsa Border Patrol Police Learning Center (Ban Pakayor) in Kaeng Krachan District, Phetchaburi Province.

Marking its 8th year, the "Citizen of Love by Siam Piwat" project officially handed over the newly constructed library building to the Insee Arsa Border Patrol Police Learning Center (Ban Pakayor). The donation was honorably accepted by Pol. Maj. Gen. Kanchon Intharam, Deputy Commissioner of the Border Patrol Police Bureau. Looking ahead, Siam Piwat Group aims to donate one school facility annually in remote areas, with the goal of expanding learning opportunities and laying a sustainable intellectual foundation for both students and teachers.

On this occasion, scholarships were presented to primary school students, alongside essential school supplies, stationery, and developmental toys designed to expand learning opportunities. Recognizing that quality of life is a cornerstone of effective teaching and learning, Siam Piwat also renovated the restrooms and cafeteria facilities, while hosting a special lunch for over 170 students and teachers.

Over its continuous operation, the "Citizen of Love by Siam Piwat" project has created a lasting impact by championing equal opportunities through both in-school and experiential learning. Key past initiatives include: Art & Creativity: Bringing in art specialists to help underprivileged children discover and develop their artistic potential. Nutrition & Wellbeing: Partnering with culinary and nutrition experts to design healthy, balanced menus tailored for students, providing eyeglasses, and granting academic scholarships. Experiential Learning: Hosting educational field trips for underprivileged youth to explore marine life at SEA LIFE Bangkok Ocean World, a world-class aquarium. Sustainability: Sourcing and installing solar panels for schools to reduce energy costs and power a more effective learning environment. Through these diverse activities, Siam Piwat continues to enrich learning outside the classroom and maximize educational efficiency for a brighter future.
